Job Description:
Perform daily portfolio analysis on client performance
Identify opportunities for improvement and address them
Perform maintenance functions in technology interface (adding keywords to strategies, changing strategy goals, creating new strategies, moving keywords between strategies, etc.)
Ensure client account and/or campaign budgets are spent evenly and completely during the calendar or fiscal month as appropriate
Ensure that client account and/or portfolio ROI goals are met, that sales are optimized, and that budget is not wasted on poorly performing terms
Notify liaison on a daily basis as to actions taken in client accounts, expected result, and planned next steps, and results of previous day’s actions
Identify optimization opportunities for liaison – ie. If a campaign is over-performing ROI target and is limited by the monthly budget, that budget be shifted to support efficient business.

Bid management includes:
Ticket resolution using help desk tracking solution
Review portfolio performance on a daily basis
Perform ad hoc reporting as necessary to diagnose problems
Generate full analysis for each relationship on a regular basis
Determine optimization strategies and provide feedback on opportunities
Provide daily updates on actions taken and insights
Be available on IM client for communication
Meet regularly with outsourcing liaison to discuss status of accounts
Work within technology solution to optimize account performance
Have expert-level understanding of management platform technology
